The school

The Escola da Via Interior was founded in 1988 by Vlady Stévanovitch. Its objective is to train teachers and disseminate the techniques of Via Inner as faithfully as possible.

The School developed rapidly thanks to Vlady's enthusiasm and his Western-oriented teaching, devoid of any theoretical approach and interpretation.

Currently, Escola da Via interior has 5 teacher instructors, 8 teachers delegated to personal training, around 300 teachers and 8 thousand students.

Vlady Stévanovitch

Vlady Stévanovitchhe was more than a master of energy techniques. These were just a way to venture out and explore the path of inner freedom, the unique freedom.

While living near him for about 5 years, I was able to observe and experience his attitudes and comments directly in everyday life. These could be contradictory and abrupt. In fact, they served only (!!!) to awaken our conscience drowned in the daily concerns and truths of our society, education, spiritual traditions, science and our morality. These comments fell from the clouds, were unexpected, but delivered at the right time.

I vividly remember one morning, while the group of students was heading towards the place where the practice was taking place, Vlady exclaimed: - "If I have to eat in a restaurant, I'll go to MacDonald's". This comment made many participants shudder. Personally, I've never seen him at MacDonald's. This time, I immediately understood his shocking comment that shattered our stored truths in our brains.

His comments were neither premeditated nor thoughtful, not in particular. When I decided to leave Italy to follow him in Portugal, a doubt plagued me and I questioned him: "I had barely developed the School in Italy, which was very young, leaving it could lead to its extinction". Although Vlady was very determined to make his new school grow, he immediately told me: "It's you who counts, not the School". He responded very naturally, which was the right thing for me to do at that time, even if it was apparently against the School's own development goals.

"His words were valid only when he spoke them. In that sense, they were absolute. His sentences were not sacrosanct truths, inscribed forever."

The School in Portugal

Via Interior School was born in Portugal in 1992, when Vlady Stévanovitch founded the International Training Center in the Monchique mountains. The place was chosen because it is still virgin and presents a pure and strong energy. Vlady said that there was prehistoric energy there, uncontaminated by human beings. In the year 1996 it changed to France.

Since 1996, the School and the CVSP have been managed by Fabien Bastin, trainer, and by Jeanne Houde, delegate teacher for personal training.

After 1997, l'École au Portugal was directed by Fabien Bastin, formateur, and by Jeanne Houde, delegate professor of personal training. They created the Vlady Stévanovitch Portugal Center (CVSP), where students and teachers from many countries come to learn.

Formations

Personal formation

It is addressed to all those who wish to deepen the Art du Chi for their own interest. This training is given by delegated teachers and / or trainers during weekends or weeks. Explores all the basic techniques taught in the weekly classes.

The training is presented in modules. A notebook is provided which includes all the basic techniques to acquire (on the ground and in motion).

Find the original version (FR) notebook and its English translation.

The time needed to acquire these techniques varies according to the time that each one has, the number of courses (modules) in which we participate and the seniority in weekly classes. The minimum duration is three years.

When all modules are purchased, you are considered to be "Practicing the Art of Chi" and, if you wish, you can begin teacher training with the School Trainers.

The steps

The studentwhatcompleted personal training can participate in an internship to become a Candidate. This course is oriented towards personal corrections and the Trainer validates the level of the participants. Once the acquired level is confirmed, the participants who want it, sign the letter from the professors and become candidates.

The Candidate then begins his training to become a teacher. He will do this with teacher trainers and Michèle Stévanovitch. Training has several stages: Candidate, Monitor, Teacher (Promonca).

The Candidate participates in:

  • Teacher training courses and advanced training courses

  • Weekly classes from another teacher

  • Great School summer internship

When the candidate is ready, his Trainer according to Michele Stevanovitch informs him to organize his first year courses.

The deadline for obtaining a teaching license depends on everyone's commitment to courses and internships, but the minimum is four years (3 years of personal training + 1 year of teacher training). Official permission to teach Art du Chi on behalf of the school is given during the large summer internship at the International Center (Centro Pierre Boogaerts Québec). The candidate will receive his "travel diary" in which he will register all the training courses in which he will participate.

He then continues his Candidate training until he has gained some teaching experience. After that, he will be invited by Michèle Stévanovitch to present a course before the Trainers and Delegate Professors of his choice to become a Monitor.

The formation continues indefinitely, according to the possibilities of each one. There is no rule. Only enthusiasm and perseverance count. It's good to work with all the coaches, it's essential to go to the source, to work with Michèle Stévanovitch.

THEother training centers:

"Wanting to become a school teacher is, first, to intensify your personal practice; then, it is to acquire the essential tools for teaching; finally, it is to engage in a learning process that has no end. Our discipline is not based on in knowledge stored in memory, but in the development of some bodily and mental faculties. They can be acquired only by following direct instructions and are always perfectible."

Courses and Internships

Courses

THEschool offers classes on the ground and in movement with an average duration of 1:30.

A preparation on the ground makes it possible to transition between the hustle and bustle of the day and inner listening. This first part includes relaxation techniques, breathing, self-massage, but also the learning of energy techniques (according to the levels): taking control of the Tantien, creating the "small circulation of Chi", as well as other advanced techniques.

The class continues with learning and practicing movements (Qi Gong, Tai Ji Quan) in relation to breathing and body logic.

Whether in soil work or on the move, the first objective of L'ART DU CHI is energy mobilization (Chi).

Stages

The internships are aimed at any audience, beginners, students or teachers. They allow you to more easily immerse yourself in listening and deepening techniques.

In addition to internships in training centres, delegate teachers and many teachers organize weekends or internships in their regions with their students.

Internships allow you to more easily delve into inner listening and connect the various aspects covered in the weekly classes. They usually take place in a natural environment, which favors the integration and openness of our listening. They also make it possible to create connections with the group, to discover the friendly and benevolent spirit of our practices.

Courses and internships consist of 4 classes per day, classes on the ground alternate with classes on the move.

Great Summer Internship

Every year in the summer the School organizes three main courses. Bringing together teachers, students and school trainers.

The Great Summer Internship is the School's biggest annual event. It is the opportunity to bring together all practitioners of different levels and nationalities, from beginners to the most advanced and teachers. All imbued with an attitude of search and discovery.

See as summer internship dates at the Center Vlady Stévanovitch Portugal.

The internships take place in a peaceful and preserved environment, away from the noise of cities, in the Algarve countryside. The practice, most of the time, takes place outdoors, in an informal, simple and relaxed atmosphere, without any competitive intention or any ambition other than to improve the well-being of each practitioner.

This is a unique and healthy way to combine holidays and physical and emotional revitalization.

During the longer break of the day, it is possible to enjoy the sun (A SUGGESTION... and nature). If you prefer the beach, it is just 8 minutes away by car.
